Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer care team via email with your order number and reason for return to receive your unique Return Authorization code.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully fold the silk items and place them back in their original eco-friendly packaging, ensuring all tags remain attached and intact.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided return label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt.
Receive Your Refund
Once our workshop inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 business days.
